We are a Local Family Business that Specializes in Paver Refurbishment and Sealing. We are Master Certified Contractors for Trident and have years of experience in the Paver Sealing Process. We offer completely free consultations and will explain every step of the process to you. We also offer House-washing, Fence Cleaning, Deck Cleaning and Polymeric Sand Installation.
HOUSEWASH- SOFTWASH

House-washing cleans exterior surfaces of homes using a soft washing technique which includes applying a chemical house-mix to siding, soffits and Gutters, followed by low pressure rinse to remove all contaminates
PAVER SEALING

We use Trident Sealing Products to enhance outdoor pavers by Cleaning with Tridents 3 Step Cleaning/ Prepping Process than installing Surbond sand and finally spraying Sealer to lock in sand and protect the surface for years to come.
POWER WASHING

Power washing of hard Exterior Surfaces includes a Pre-Treat of Cleansers to the surface followed buy pressure-washing than finally a Post treatment to ensure Brightness and lasting Cleanliness.
DECK WASH- SOFTWASH

We use Wood Wizard to Pretreat and clean wood decks followed by a soft was with moderate pressure to remove organic stains.
GUtter Cleaning

We Clean Gutters and remove Debris that cause blockages and backups.
Roof Cleaning

We remove algae and black streaks from roofs with a roof mix of chemicals using soft pressure not to damage shingles. Roofs are rinsed than post treated so add brightening and color back over the next few weeks. .
